Another thread gave me this idea and we just had the Woodward Dream Cruise up here in Michigan.. thought this would be a good topic.

What is your favorite old school muscle car. Model, Make, Year and Pic

Mine is a 1968 Pontiac GTO. My mom had one when I was a wee lil kid and I just loved it.

Second is 67 Chevy Camaro RS. My friend restored one of these and to me it is just an amazing machine.. almost nothing like it

Whats yours?

Mine would have to be a 1973 Ford Maverick. My mom used to drive us around in that thing when i was a kid and i have always seemed to be partial to it.

As far as non-muscle cars go, i have always wanted a 1973 VW Thing

Boss 429. I actually got to see one with open headers race against a 1969 SS 396 Nova with a tunnel ram back in 1970, right on my street. I was 17 and thought I had died and gone to Heaven.

My next favorite muscle car would be a Baldwin Motion Phase III 1969 Camaro. Joel Rosen knew how to turn out bad a$$ street racers. BTW, I was a die hard Chevy fanatic back in the day, but a Grabber Blue Boss 429 causes my eyes to wander....
