Still waiting patiently for MPI for 1.8.
I have all my hardware and a turbo setup that needs it.

I emailed a bit with ED regarding the new tables. I was emailing to verify the new tables worked. His response was why would he add tables that don't work? I told him 1.8s have had access to MPI tables forever but they don't do anything for us. He understood my point and said the new tables work, but there are more tables that need to unlocked for MPI to work for 1.8s. He didn't mention those tables were coming.
I've been asking for MPI every month for the last few months.
Most recently it was 'its planned but there's no ETA'. At this point I would even consider paying for it (since the only alternative is to switch vendors anyway)...
I'm not in a huge rush to jump to a new software, but the longer I sit on hardware the more I'll want to actually use it.
I asked if I could buy MPI support and he said no. I'm not sure what the gating factor is.
The maestro grew with me from stage 1 to hybrid turbo which is more than any other software would have done so it wasn't a total loss...

The logging function on 8.5.8 is busted. Make sure you update to 8.5.9
I'm going to suggest this once because I don't want to sound like an asshole (though I may be). Could we keep the Maestro related messages in to the Maestro thread in the R forum? It will keep the general ED cleaner and make Maestro related topics easier to search for.

so i was told the new update has the crackle feature now, I am new to the software any advice on how to turn it on? I downloaded the latest version 8.5.9 and connected the powertap to my car but can't figure out how to get to those settings

I would bet that the "majority" of people here are on Cobb also.
It’s the software update on Maestro that will give you access to this feature. Not the 8.5.9 software update on the Eurodyne flash software.
