When you need to run more duty because fuel pressure is falling to concerning levels. There is a limited amperage draw before the stock controller overheats.
I’m pretty sure each tuning situation is unique, but is there a typical power level or stage of modification where this becomes a factor? I’m fairly certain I’ll eventually look for a low 400s in hp/tq combo. Possibly MPI. Want to keep as simple and reliable as possible without cutting corners. When you need to run more duty because fuel pressure is falling to concerning levels. I'm running 416 HP and 428 torque on just the HPFP. Couldn't be much more simple than that.I’m pretty sure each tuning situation is unique, but is there a typical power level or stage of modification where this becomes a factor?
