I ordered my AP on Good Friday, had a tracking number Easter night, and had it in my hands 3 days later. That's impressive without a there being a holiday and covid.

There's manual work involved. I think their response times are trash but 24 hours would be beyond a dream. Try waiting 5 months for a custom base map, haha.

Their response time seems to go in cycles. If you happen to get them on a good cycle, you'll get stuff/response real quick. Victim of their own success and nature of their meteoric rise with associated growing pains I suppose.

Yes expecting an email from someone after sending them money is very unreasonable. Was a cheap way to know what support is like I guess.
My motorcycle was torn down 22 months for a motor build and back cut gears in the trans. A couple days is nothing. You should be busier, then you won't notice the wait.

To be clear, 22 months is unacceptable, just giving context.

Ordered a staged tune file (no AP already got it) about 24 hours ago and still haven't received a file or link. Sent a support email and also no response. Feels like the staged tunes should be automatically sent when purchase goes through, there's only a set number of permutations.
The tunes are locked to your vin/access port so unless Cobb allowed a script to build the file in access tuner with that information it has to be manually inputted to each and every file they send out regardless of staged or custom.

I received an email reply, and their FAQ does state 48-72 hours for stage tunes. Also, I got the email at midnight my time so they're burning the midnight oil there. Thanks, Aaron.

Two Questions:
1) I purchased a tune revision. What's the ETA on an updated file? Been a week or so.

2) Adding MPI to a Vortex install with full bolt on support. What specifically is needed (beside better brakes and a clutch ha)...
  • The kit (I am thinking the smaller injector size as I am not necessarily looking to add power).
  • Upgraded low pressure fueling.
  • Tune revision.
Am I missing things?

When you say "Kit" don't know if you are including 5bar Map/4bar PUT kit, in addition to, the fuel rail/injector kit? If not here ya go... https://eqtuning.com/collections/vw-audi/products/a2b-motorsport-5-bar-map-sensor-kit-mqb
Also, if it were me I would just go ahead and pick up the Euro manifold vs drilling into the stock manifold. EQT is stocking them now so makes it super easy. Can get them on ebay as well... https://eqtuning.com/collections/vw-audi/products/euro-intake-manifold-mpi-ready

My revision updates were sitting in spam for about a day before I checked.
