You're sending money to a business, you are not the only customer. It has to go through billing, and then there's a queue. This is not one person watching a yahoo inbox.Yes expecting an email from someone after sending them money is very unreasonable.
My motorcycle was torn down 22 months for a motor build and back cut gears in the trans. A couple days is nothing. You should be busier, then you won't notice the wait.Yes expecting an email from someone after sending them money is very unreasonable. Was a cheap way to know what support is like I guess.
The tunes are locked to your vin/access port so unless Cobb allowed a script to build the file in access tuner with that information it has to be manually inputted to each and every file they send out regardless of staged or custom.Ordered a staged tune file (no AP already got it) about 24 hours ago and still haven't received a file or link. Sent a support email and also no response. Feels like the staged tunes should be automatically sent when purchase goes through, there's only a set number of permutations.
I received one of my revisions at 0300am california time lol. Yeah they appear to be doing some all nightersI received an email reply, and their FAQ does state 48-72 hours for stage tunes. Also, I got the email at midnight my time so they're burning the midnight oil there. Thanks, Aaron.
Patrick is insane and this is a pretty common occuranceI received one of my revisions at 0300am california time lol. Yeah they appear to be doing some all nighters
2) Adding MPI to a Vortex install with full bolt on support. What specifically is needed (beside better brakes and a clutch ha)...
Am I missing things?
- The kit (I am thinking the smaller injector size as I am not necessarily looking to add power).
- Upgraded low pressure fueling.
- Tune revision.
