Engine bay rattle

Decelerating at 4k rpm or above I get this really bad rattle from what I can tell the passenger side of the engine bay. The noise is almost like a disk rattling or something and only happens when the revs are dropping and never on throttle. Was wondering if anyone has this issue or has any ideas how I could solve it.

Cts 3.5in catless downpipe. ARM fmic. IE v2 intake. EQT stage 2 with dsg tune. It’s a 2017 gti se dsg.

start inspecting DP placement, heat shields, vbands, etc... if nothing shove something up in the frame where the fuel rail is and see if that helps.

Yes there is a spot on the driver side where there is a lot of play cause it doesn’t bolt down. I’ve tried sticking something in between there and the noise is still there but will try again.

Thanks for the reply. Im thinking it’s something with the heat shields too but i’m gonna have to look. Will try that fuel rail thing as well.

It only rattles and doesn't bolt down due to install error.
