In order to help you we need more info. Based on your lean info I guess that your car came w/ the MK7 LED tails from the factory.
a. Because MK7 connectors don't fit the MK7.5 tails there must have been some modification done to the wiring. Do you have a wiring schematic of what you have done to your car?
b. Can you share an adpmap of your module09? At least the coding of Leuchte20/21/23/24?
