DSG slip or tune issue?

Guys I need advice what is going on here!
Car: ROW S3 with DBV2 turbo on pump gas.
Maestro + Eurodyne st3 TCU

I got weird RPM bump on my datalog.
During WOT I feel like dsg slip. This bump is around 4000 when boost hit. Could someone look on my ECU and TCU datalog and say what is going on???
Maybe torque limit caused issue I don’t know why my drop during pull??? I have seen few logs with GTI and big turbo and torque limit rise or stay flat.
