DSG oil changed.

After getting a call from my dealer the other day, my car went in for the DSG oil change today. When I said I wanted a courtesy car they wanted to charge me, but relented when I reminded them that my car had been in for a service a week ago, so why couldn't they have done it then?
Their answer was that they only got the recall note the day after my service. Like, yeah! I'm gonna believe that.
Still, it's done now, so that's another thing out of the way, let's hope they issue another recall soon to change the god awful rear dampers, but I won't hold my breath!

I honestly haven't noticed any difference after the DSG oil change. The software update was done during the service the previous week, and again I haven't noticed anything different there either.

If there is any difference it would be in the software. ex when my mk6 got the DSG update, was much much better than the previous state.
