DSG 1-2 shift clunky

Mine is like this, first DSG I've driven. It's been a learning curve, but it feels like a real transmission not like the damn CVT I came from

Still get this for my first 1-2 shift of the day, more noticeable as it is getting colder in the mornings. Since this is the only shift where it does this I am chocking it up to cold fluid, similar to a manual when it's cold.

My DSG is all kinds of clunky and noisy until it's warmed up.
