Having an issue with my new 2019 R where the drivers assist features all default to off every time I start the car regardless of what I leave them on. Car is under warranty and I can have the dealer handle it I guess but I don't want to take the jb4 off for this (and my dealer is currently inaccessible due to the riots). Anyone else dealt with it? Seemed like there might be some codes to look for in vagcom but I can't find where I read that originally.

Sorry but that sounds like a dealer thing. I wouldn't mess with Vagcom since you're under warranty.
