Downpipe on a GTD 2014?

Hey guys, my fellow MK7 drivers

Will do a quick intro because I am new here.

My name is Billy, 26 years old and I drive a MK7 GTD 2014. I have had the car for almost 5 years now and I still love it haha. Alright, so now my question for you guys because I am hearing alot of different things regarding this subject.

So, my GTD has a STAGE 1 tuning, cleaned out the DPF and programmed it out with the EGR. Both are deactivated. Now a friend of mine said I should do a downpipe on my GTD, it will sound better, will drive better etc.
However I did some research and people are saying its bad for the engine, will only give you faults so... What is it?
Could you guys shed some light about this..

Sí, puedes instalar un tubo de bajada si el DPF está completamente vacío, no hay ningún problema en instalar un tubo de bajada.

Lo tengo instalado y suena como una aspiradora.
