Yes I did you can use mk8 rear emblem 5H0853630Adpj with rear camera
The only problem it seats lower I install
some black covers to cover the gap and looks amazing

Only difference is a gap in the back for the camera

So the bad news is that 5H0853630 DPJ doesn't fit. It's just the silver and back plate. They don't fit in the existing assembly, even with some filing down etc it too small. Looks like I will have to change the entire emblem assembly

You have to remove the rear camera. It make sense since 5H0853630 have holes for the hinges. It's not that hard really.
