Does it ever get old walking out and just staring at it? My guess is no , but you are the only dorks who can relate to my obsession. My family thinks it is weird and unhealthy. Poo poo on them!

Nope. Every time I pull around the parking lot and I see the back of my car I’m like,” ooooo what’s that? Could be a cool car.” Only to realize it’s mine.

After 1 x Mk5, 3 x Mk7's & currently Mk8; nope. Also whenever (during Golf ownership / rental) I've mentioned 'the car' as in "l'll move the car, it will fit in my car, I'll take you in the car & drop you off", people invariably comment "nice Golf", which was unexpected by me, I just wanted a Golf....

Eventually staring at it isn't enough. Then the car begins looking back at you seductively. Before you know it the tail pipes are the sexiest things you've seen. It only escalates from there.
