@CaseyJ For a 2018 car the Base Radio (S Trim, No Navigation) would be an all-in-one unit.
- There would be no glovebox unit. The screen/brain is one unit, in the center dash. In the glovebox is just a blanking panel.
- So that first unit in your screenshot, PN 5G6035868, is the base radio, all-in-one... there is no glovebox unit... you probably do NOT want this.

In a 2018 with anything above the Base Radio (whether it has navigation or not) it will be separate units... screen in the center dash and brain in the glove box.
- So those second two units in your screenshot... PN 3Q0035880B (navigation) and PN 3Q0035878B (non-navigation) are glove box units.
- You would separately need the 6.5" (matte) or 8" (glass or matte) screen to go with either of those options.
- In that case you replace your glove box unit with one of those two, and you replace the screen.

You don't really need to worry about what car it came from. I understand if looking on car-part you will need to enter a car because that's how they sort things.
But for you the car it came from is not that important. You're going to have to code the radio for your car anyway so you'll get to choose the picture, options, etc.

If the glovebox unit is a navigation unit you WILL have navigation.
- You can then install a screen WITH a navigation button or WITHOUT a navigation button, doesn't matter.

Install a screen like this and you will have one press access to Navigation, top right physical button.
- Of course you also press Menu > Navigation

On the other hand if you get a screen like this you'll have to press Menu > Navigation
