District 9 (Film, 2009)

I just recently watched the trailer and this movie looks quite interesting. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about the movie plot. The trailer seems to indicate the the aliens are some sort of humanoid w/ insect attributes. The location is Africa. The trailer ends with "We pose no harm" or something.

Any thoughts?

the guy who did that also made a short film about it few years ago, its on youtube somewhere and may explain more but i forget since i watched it a few months ago
