Diesel engine noise

Is there anything that can be done to reduce this noise on a 100k mile GTD without a stripdown? I guess I'm wondering if there's a fuel additive that might break down the combustion chamber deposits... Any advice welcome...

You can try to buy G001790M3 at dealership. This one is nice fuel additive, if this one doesn't help, other fuel additives neither won't
