I would say it’s as close as you can get. Unless you’re sitting around 3k rpm long term then any other part of rev band is great.
Considering others with DP snd res delete find it totally unliveable I’d say it works well. It would work better on 7.5R with 7sp as revs lower at higher speeds so you wouldn’t be cruising at that rev range unless speeds quite high.
