CUPA to DGC Engine change?

i have a CUPA engine which has over 200K on and slowly dying..

i'm looking to change the engine soon and get hold of a 7.5 GTD engine DGC..

Does anyone know if it's a straight swap or Is it a ball ache?

i have an option of buying the engine alone, or with the gearbox..

i was hoping to change engine and box if anyone has any experience of this?
