I find CTS support to be pretty good to be honest. Maybe I am in the minority but I am happy. My boss600 car had a bolt back out after running it for 15k miles. I snapped a pic, sent it to them on facebook messenger and they immediately apologized, asked for my address and sent me all new bolts no questions asked. Nothing they could have done to prevent what happened. In fact, a buddy with an EFR7163 had the exact same thing happen to him.
