Agreed. In general, not a fan of BFIs knobs. My Raceseng one was much higher quality.

I have a TWM for the Mazda that's like a 10" cylinder of delrin, it's fun to put on my wife's car when she's not expecting it and hide her OG shift knob for a bit so she has to drive around with racecar shifter

Sure it’s quality milled billet knobs… but design wise - Run of the mill, no pun intended.
Design detail and options with silly level quality - for me it’s sportshifters (esp cause he does custom work options) and raceseng right behind them.
My bfi in the tiggy is meh, but what they do have is the golf ball design that alway sexy, I’m still thinking of getting one for my coolerworx since they now have the universal version.
034 probably gets them from zhong zhong anyways.
Do a real tune and it's weird that it doesn't come with folding mirrors and all GTI's come with them.

2022's didn't. I know 2024's did? Unsure about 2023's
I think I saw the same post. $650 for the set? Thought about offering him $500, but went for the ACM programming first. I also need to look into Zhong Zhong ones. I think there are BSM Zhong Zhong ones for the MK8 for about $250 - $300? Haven't really dug into it yet.

Dang and mk8s have had their tunes for so much longer. RS3s are screwed forever. Still don't even have an easy way to tune. Unitronics tune is coming out soon but no one knows if its a bench flash or obd flash. They'd be the first obd tuners if they pulled it off.
