On the way back from Steel Stacks one year I ran a girl in a mk7, not sure what all was done but I think both her and I were equally surprised. It was a dead-even match, the whole way through 4th and into 5th. I know I was FBO at that point, I imagine she was too. Either way, a happy interaction -- nobody acting butthurt after, so that was cool.

I could not walk away from my buddy's mk8 though, I think Acadia's gonna love it

Been over 150 a few times, logging and just messing around. Our highways are real hit or miss around here, in particular the one I live off of. But there is one long flat stretch that if the stars align you have 2 miles to just bomb it.

I was messing with a Mk5 Jetta last night. I pulled on him but slowly, he was much quicker than I thought. Didn't get to stop and chat, he got off the highway 30 miles before it was my turn. Real clean car though, hope to see him or her again.

ive done 142 by GPS on my ancient volvo 740 turbo when i was 18. we put it on the lift at school on monday and the rear tires were corded lol

i think ive done about 120 in the golf.
