I honestly hate the design language of EVs. Like, I know it's the result of focus groups and whatnot, but ffs I just want it to look normal and feel sporty, and not be an SUV. I don't mind the whole electric drivetrain thing (though a manual would be a cool option and I know that's never gonna happen), but I feel like all of them look the same. Like, I actually want to like electrification, I like stuff that helps fix aspects of our environment that make it a better place to live. I just want it to look neat too, and not this current geometric/ a e s t h e t i c business. Also I think EV wheels look like trash.
We finally got there with hybrids, your '16 didn't look like a hybrid buuuut really though, newer Corolla hybrids just look like regular Corollas, I thought about them as an option for a daily/mundane car. Hopefully we see a change in the EV space as well.Tneh need to stop trying to make them look like EVs, and just make them look like cars...
Yes, which to a degree I understand, but that doesn't mean the design language has to be identical for all of them. The aerodynamic shape I understand, but I don't think it needs to look like some kind of future feverdream.Aren’t they designed to be efficient? So they are all gonna kinda lean the same way as far as design.
Every car looks like another car, expert French cars, and they're mostly just ugly. Lol.
20 years from now we all will be in an EV either from Tesla, NIO, Lucid or some GTI EV that will be out.
@riceburner will be on his 167th car he has owned for a few weeks and sell it for whatever reason.
