Y'all are ballers in the 850 ranges. How'd you get there? I have ample lines of credit, good ratios etc, no blemishes but can't seem to break ~770

I don't know how Acadia got an 851 out of a max 850, but we don't have cc debt, paid off half our house and have a crap ton of equity, and earn almost 4x the median US income. We have credit and charge cards that we use, but pay them off monthly. Mostly use them just to get the perks and discounts.

We bought a 24 Outback and 24 GTI the same day, which dropped it to 780, but it slowly went back up.

So basically, lots of cc transactions, but no balance and be a responsible adult.

We avoided cc's forever, and paid cash for a lot of things. The credit score gods are angered by that.

Basically what we do as well, my score currently shows 836 (FICO). My wife and I only make about $150K per year combined, so not what I would consider high income. We use 2 cards monthly, one Discover and a Costco Visa. Pretty much everything we purchase on a daily basis goes on one of the cards, then pay the full amount every month. Her vehicle is paid off, so we only have one car payment and the home mortgage. Pay all your bills on time, and pay off the credit cards every month. Don't open a new line of credit every time you get some offer from Amazon/Best Buy/whatever to save $25 on a purchase, it's not worth it.

Had a sick DIY beard trim today and keeping the mustache long and twirly.
First day of ACL festival weekend one. Saw Foster the people (5/10), Porter Robinson (9/10), and Blink-182 (9/10).
No idea any of the other artists/bands playing this weekend. I moved my airbnb to the return trip from Nashville so I can go to the festival tomorrow. Will prob suck it up and drive the 13hr to Nash on Sunday. If anyone's on the route from ATX to Nash and wants to meet up, dm me.
