Shop is declining to do the suspension job until "maaaaybe like September?" because it would take a while to do and they are overbooked, temporarily understaffed, and have lots of last minute emergency jobs coming in.
On one hand I'm p frustrated/disappointed because that's distinctly not a "me" problem - it's not like I didn't spell out what parts I want replaced, in person, at the time of scheduling the appointment. I put together a google sheet with everything on it and read it out. On the other hand I get it, and the guy is nice and communicated well and was initially willing to take the job. I'd like to think he was honest and open about it.
