Thankfully the club organizers aren't stupid and the run is at 8am. It's hot for sure, but the sun hasn't reached it's peak yet and the UVs aren't that bad.

Ground chuck, with brisket trimmings mixed in. LOTS of grated parmesan, Italian bread crumbs, eggs, and the secret ingredient…..at least for a hillbilly in the Ozarks is a handful of fresh chopped basil along with a sprinkle of ranch seasoning.

Smoked at 250° for an hour then put them in the pans with the sauce for another hour with a bunch of fresh mushrooms. I ate mine on a bed of zucchini since I’m not eating pasta, bread or many other carbs to speak of.

Solution: Wear cotton underwear... I read a study that synthetic fiber/polyester underwear kills your sperm count, and that those tested went back to normal numbers when they switched to cotton underwear.
Edit: seems like this is better advice, "I think we need to be mindful about consuming water and food from plastic bottles and containers and try and limit the use until more research is done to identify levels that could cause pathology"
