me to person I'm getting tires from....2 days after agreeing to go to their house and asking for address. I already knew it cause safety/searching but wanted confirmation.

So I go to the basement to get some laundry going, and my dear father in law is cleaning his chainsaw. We have a multitude of various cleaning supplies, sprays, solvents, etc.

Take a guess, what was he cleaning his chainsaw with? This is just to get dirt off the plastic housing and stuff.

If you thought gasoline, you are wrong but amazingly when i asked him why he was using what he WAS using, he said gas was what he wanted to use but didnt have any. And while yes, gas can clean something i would hardly recommend using it - especially inside a basement.

Yep, thats right! He used cologne! We had alcohol wipes on the very same table he had the cologne on. We had windex and a myriad of other things he could have used in the drawer right there. And what did he use? Cologne it smells like a french whorehouse down there now.

Why did he use it? The alcohol, apparently!

He never fails to amaze me with his ingenuity.
