Can you go work for a client without getting sideways with your current employer (non-disclosure agreements and all that)?

If you need to work with your (now previous) employer, how will that work?

If you decide not to leave, then don't say anything (like "I got this offer, can you match it?") because that will kill your chances with your current employer, even if they give you some incentive to stay.
right that IS another factor and I pretty-high-chance would have to work with current employer as a client

Agree. The Sun one is best but do they have a more plain one?

I don't have photoshop handy but it needs to be 'AAAROOO'

You don't get more bland or boring than that.

Had an informal interview today... with a client...

sounds imminent that they would hire me. and having worked with them for the last 2 years they have always seemed great, pop up on the forbes best employers of the year list etc. but wow i would feel bad leaving my employer with all i have on my plate.

guess its gonna depend what the offer is upon an official interview is, for how bad i would feel for leaving.
Another way to put it: do you really think your employer feels bad for putting all that on your plate in the first place?
