Thanks. I was thrown off because I've always had jobs that leaned heavier on bonuses for compensation. No idea what my raise will be this year, but my company typically gives small ones and gives you a load of stock if you do a good job.I mean the latter. A bonus equal to 2% of my annual salary.
I got a 4.5% raise and 5% bonus a few minutes ago. It's not the million dollars I was hoping for
