So when you all say "2% bonus", do you mean your bonus went up 2% or that you got a bonus equal to 2% of your pay?

Thanks. I was thrown off because I've always had jobs that leaned heavier on bonuses for compensation. No idea what my raise will be this year, but my company typically gives small ones and gives you a load of stock if you do a good job.

My new job included a promotion and started at the change of calendar year COLA increase. When the dust settled I ended up with a 17.6% raise.

Seems like peanuts compared to the amount of three invoices I authorized payment on today.
