ducks are delicious though. My best friend had chickens and ducks, and I got to create chaos in their pen with a garden hose. The chickens hated the water and the ducks loved it, so I was causing collisions and generally being a nuisance to the fowl.

Many asian markets sell roast duck (think rotisserie chickens). I normally turn it into fried rice but also pasta or taco salad is simple to do. It's a pita to de-bone but a good start for dinner

Awesome tip, thanks -- I gotta find a local place, we've got a general market that hits a lot of different cuisines but I have yet to see duck there, so I'll have to do some googling. Ducks are delicious and I don't eat them enough, along with pastrami

I bought my car before covid, that's how lol
