It's the Illinois in you. 94 is the wild west. No cops anywhere, and everyone's doing at least 20 above the speed limit

Just now realizing the kid grew up driving on the Mass Pike, but says his highway cruise speed is only 70.

I feel like I used to see a lot more Cops back in the day...but then I remember weed was illegal then and I was always on the look out.

I love to press the pedal the the floor but I only burst speed, otherwise I'll go like 10% over, so ~72 in the 65.

CSB:

I was on one of the driving roads around here and I had to pass a confused driver (who missed their turn into the parking lot) right at the top of the road. I get around them easy enough and then start lazily moving down the road, not slow, but not trying to drive hard.

All of a sudden two bros in what I think was a Volvo s40 are on my tail. They were young, the car was old but I guess in decent shape cause they were driving it super hard.

Of course, I start hammering it in response. I know the road really well so I immediately start torching them. After a minute or two I start driving sort of normally again but after not too long here this car comes again, bombing. I see them fly around a turn, full car into the other lane, tires just screaming. Somehow they held on, I guess that car is awd?

I seriously thought they were going to die, tho.

I didn't see them again after that but there wasn't much road left anyway, hopefully they got home safe.

We had an all hands meeting before with like 300 people. And there was one dude, lookin' pretty similar to that guy, sitting there with no shirt on, with his camera on. Host had to go "Bruce? You might want to turn your camera off."

not so csb, i one time sent a pic JUST like that guy of myself to a customer! 1000% meant to send it to my wife just to be fucking with her. then the client texts back like uhm wtf? and my heart completely sank. luckily he understood and was cool about it lmao
