Turkey or chicken.... Stuff with some citrus, bake breast down 475 for 30 minutes, lower to 350. Last 30-40 minutes flip it breast up to brown.

Breast will cook slower and juices will settle into it.

Hulu working 90%. Need to figure out how to get it hooked up to my Bose surround system. It's not working the way I expected I will keep digging and ain't too concerned. Getting the service, billing, and email was a big pain. Once I managed that it wasn't bad even figuring out how to eliminate the crap that comes on the screen as standard. Hoping I can figure out how to do some customizing on channel lists. Not a fan of how they arrange their menu icons but doubt those can be rearranged. Big thing will be if Mrs Mud can get it.

As part of this Google pay was involved... Getting a refund from them was much easier than I had hoped.

Heading out for vacation on Friday. Got shit to do around the house and need to do laundry and pack... but woke up this morning to find the basement door knob/latch is stuck and the door is closed. Basement is where the luggage and laundry machines are. That'll be fun to attack when I get home.

though since we've been redoing the basement all sorts of tools that have been dormant for a while have been coming out, as well as a few new additions to the family. I've been greatly enjoying bringing up all the times I heard that I was spending a lot of money on tools, and were they really necessary, etc... Here we are, and the whole black and yellow family is out and making the work MUCH easier/quicker.

Sounds like it's time for @Saabingti to get some more power tools across the board

Not sure landlord would appreciate the chainsaw approach.

It will probably be easy to fix this afternoon, but looking at it this morning before I was fully awake I couldn't figure out how to get the knob off the spindle. Removed the set screw and it still didn't want to come off.

I think I'm in a halfway decent spot w/r/t power tools at the moment honestly. Got the stuff for around the house, got some lawn and garden gear. There's some things I'd want if I was doing DIY house stuff like your basement project, but since we rent there's not much DIY on the honey-do list.

Got a cat for outside. Kept seeing rat droppings & tired of setting traps.

Reached out to shelter and they had a stray. Met the cat & she seemed friendly so adopted her. Kids insisted on naming her Lucky. They originally wanted Spaghetti, so i guess that's a win.

Luckily with black Friday a ton of pet stuff on sale.

He's kind of dorky, but have your kids follow Jackson Galaxy on YouTube. He's the guy that does the show about helping people solve bad cat behavior. Hint, it's not the cats, it's us. His videos have helped so much. Our cats don't scratch the furniture, bite, scratch, pee in the corner, etc...

When they do those things, it's because they aren't getting what they need. Seriously, have the kids watch his videos. You'll thank me.
