Just make sure you use a good clearcoat to seal in that rattle can black or it's going to look like shit first time you take the car out and it encounters dirt

My 08 lost ringlands twice stock and once stg 2, with a very conservative custom tune from Doug up in Atlanta at TopSpeed.

3 of the 4 08's that autocrossed with our group lost ringlands.

Yeah hyperdipped all the chrome stuff on the b8. Ordered a rs4 grill. Gonna look great till we get rid of it and at least should aid in selling i hope. Simulates the 'black optics' package and overall im pretty happy with the results

Do you know how much that Black Optic trim is? When I was looking at that S4 in my build thread, I looked at the trim since the chrome would have had to go.

The trim alone was like $3,500...
