I don't know how Acadia got an 851 out of a max 850, but we don't have cc debt, paid off half our house and have a crap ton of equity, and earn almost 4x the median US income. We have credit and charge cards that we use, but pay them off monthly. Mostly use them just to get the perks and discounts.Y'all are ballers in the 850 ranges. How'd you get there? I have ample lines of credit, good ratios etc, no blemishes but can't seem to break ~770
We bought a 24 Outback and 24 GTI the same day, which dropped it to 780, but it slowly went back up.
So basically, lots of cc transactions, but no balance and be a responsible adult.
We avoided cc's forever, and paid cash for a lot of things. The credit score gods are angered by that.
