The car buying saga is complete! First Civic ended up not being a CPO. Second civic at another dealer fell through while we were on the way there with a check in hand. Turns out the lien release for the title wasn’t available. Same dealer had a CPO HRV with the 1.8, CVT, and AWD. It was listed for 22k and I told them my daughter wasn’t paying a penny over the $19,800 that they agreed to on a car with a questionable title status. My daughter ended up with a higher trim level and a nicer car than she originally budgeted for.

CSB. 645a flight didn't make it off the ground, they couldn't start one of the engines. They rescheduled me for 819p, so greater than 3 hour difference. I guess we'll see how those new rules for reimbursement are going. Because it was a domestic flight and the delay was more than 3 hours, they're required to reimburse me. It's 6 hours for international flights.

Also, last night, my SIL and husband's neighborhood was flattened by a tornado, except their house. I've had to hear all day how Jesus saved her and my wife won't let me ask why Jesus hated her neighbors and why Jesus would favor a three time divorcee with a long history of drug use, theft, adultery and self described racist, which she's open about and proud of.

Waiting for ratcheting breaker bar to roll up tomorrow so that I can tackle the rear pad carrier bolts (fuck them still)
Managed to do the brake master cylinder swap today from the 22 mil GTI to the 25 mil diameter TTRS part (this'll help with the fluid proportioning for the new brake system and the bigger diameter means more fluid flow which will help a lot with brake pedal feel since I'm sizing up on total piston surface area)
Very smooth install process... the only issue is that the rubber rings that secure the master cylinder to the reservoir are significantly tighter than the previous one... I'm gonna try and oil them a bit tomorrow and see if it helps... if not, I may need to do some clearancing, or try and take the rings off the MC and put them onto the reservoir and then shove the reservoir with rings into the MC...

see I'm largely monolingual (though I've got a little tiny bit of spanish, enough to make very small chitchat and a little C) so language barrier is kind of a thing, but from a purely musical perspective that's in a direction I like. But lyrics are a big thing for me, so it's tough for me in other languages. Female vocalists are generally my preference though, see Bad Cop/Bad Cop, The Bombpops, Delain, the Interrupters, etc.
