Every week or so Mrs. Shovel and I make Stonefire flatbreads. Hers are sauce and cheese. Mine are different.

Stonefire flatbread
Don Pepino pizza sauce
Pepperoni
Fresh red onion, jalapeno, broccoli, habanero from the garden
Mozzerella, parmesan, and romano cheese

After downing this I pickled some jalapenos from a local farm.

It's not hot or spicy at all. It's more sweet than anything.

Because like BB said... since it's jelly, it's 60% sugar.

It's definitely more sweet than spicy, and really goes well with cream cheese. And, like BB and Acadia said, it's 70% sugar.
