at least I have now figured out that when it gets down to 1/4 tank it's time to fill it up. The last 5 gallons really doesn't go far at < 10 mpg

I'm easily 100k into projects on my 11 month old house... Home ownership is a very expensive hobby.

I have like 30K of renovation that needs doing on my condo. I don't want to deal with the hassle of having contractors over so I just keep kicking the can down the road.

It's all just pure interior cosmetics but it would absolutely have to be done if I wanted to sell.

Also, all projects need HOA approval which is another hassle in and of itself.

I think most people should strive for home ownership but it sure isn't all sunshine and roses.
