There's actually a small percentage of people that think cilantro tastes like soap. Scientists think it's genetic.

Many of the same people who genetically can't stand cilantro also can't do stuff like broccoli and brussels sprouts. I used to work with a guy who had this issue. Could not eat brussels sprouts, no matter how they were cooked -- said they tasted metallic to him. He also couldn't stand cilantro.

I also thought I couldn't stand brussels sprouts until I discovered the magical technique of just roasting them. Turns out, only boiling makes many vegetables taste like ass. Maillard Reaction is a flavor GOAT.

Taco Bell is terrible, but in the best possible way. It's just the same 5-6 ingredients, but you choose your shape (cylinder, semi circle, disk) and crunchy, soft, or both.
