Cooling hose leaks

Hi all I have noticed my cooling water going down recently (light came on first thing one morning)
Found the leaks on 2 hoses (easy access to which is great)
I’ve attached 2 pics of the leaking hoses

I’m looking to:

1.drain the cooling system but not sure the best way, a full run down would be very appreciated please

2. buy 2 new hoses and 4 correct spring clamps to replace but can’t find the part number or anywhere that sells the correct ones.

3. Refil the coolant/water and again a full rundown of how to refill and remove air locks would be greatly appreciated too
