Yes these cars have a complex ass cooling system. If anyone outside the US knows more about models lacking the V55 recirc pump I can update.

So yes if you are curious it is possible to add the Right/Passenger side Aux radiator to any 1.8T or 2.0T. This radiator sits in parallel to the main rad, with the benefit of not being behind the AC condenser and intercooler.
For DSG models it is also possible to add in the Left/Driver side Aux radiator. Some cars might have a SAI system that is in the way though.
