hello. Since I installed the new brakes on my car, I have a noise in the left wheel, this is generated when the discs get hot, it is a small noise like a violin, change the mass and check everything, even so the noise continues. any idea what it could be?

How did you change the mass?

Anyway. If it's just the left, take pads out, make sure shims and all hardware is correctly installed, make sure carrier bolts are properly tightened, then carefully reassemble.

I've done this before, tighten the bolts to 200Nm tomorrow again I'll check what might be happening. Could it be that the part where the caliper is attached is crooked? when i mean dough i meant cube (my english is a bit bad, sorry about that) thank you.

Just wanted to give an update:

I installed this setup in June of 2022 and have roughly 10k of street driving on them. I went the Amazon route on the rotors as I wanted to be sure that everything worked and cleared my wheels. I did catch a little flack about cheaping out on the rotors, but after over a year and 10k of street driving they've held up great unless I'm missing something. I just took this photo a few moments ago. Remember this is purely a street driven car (see info in sig), so YMMV:

For street driving, you won't have an issue.

I thought drilled rotors cracked the moment you put them on the car?
They do, also your entire family's rotors crack as well.

They only crack right away if you believe they will crack right away. It's about confidence, a game of faith if you will...

Something about the substance of things hoped for (no cracks) and the evidence of things not seen (also, no cracks)
