The backing plate appears to be the same measurement but the pad depth is .624 vs .585. Can anyone confirm if .624 will fit or if there’s an advantage to one over the other?

Usually easier to find a wide variety of pad compounds in the .585 depth and it leaves some room for titanium backing plates if you're into that kind of thing. No real downsides to the 1mm thicker .624 pads other than you'll need to compress the pistons a little more when swapping pads.

Probably someone said it before but, has anyone mounted the Clubsport S rotors with this Macan kit? And some photos to see how they look installed

They would work fine. They'd look exactly like they look on the CS S.

If all you want is looks, get some sweet drilled and slotted rotors and be happy.

If you want 2 piece rotors, get real 2 piece rotors.

I haven't seen anyone comment on that fitment.

Maybe see if anyone with the Macans live in your area and do a test fit?

If you post a pic of the wheel, we might be able to give an educated guess too.

macan calipers are the same as the 3.0 q5 brakes.

This upgrade was first done in England on the B8. Then mk7/8V.

So the template should be close, though others haven't had much luck with it.
