UPDATE: it was just a blown fuse in the number four spot under the hood
So I am getting the error codes posted in the title above. I went to change the spark plugs start up the car after and boom it wouldn’t start. It cranks but never fully starts. It’s all related to low voltage so idk if my coil packs have gone bad, or it’s something as simple as a bad fuse. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also esc is disabled when turning the key and it gives me a warning saying it won’t rev past 4000 rpm. But again it won’t start
