For sale is a like new Cobb AP with EQT OTS Stage 1 93 map (w/ LC and TC, no burbles) already on it. I’m selling because the EQT tune is not compatible with my car as it’s for a 2019, and I’m still on the fence about losing my CPO warranty anyway. Please make sure that your car's ECU box code is 5G0906259Q (as seen in the pics) if you intend to use the EQT map; otherwise the AP is compatible with all MK7 and MK7.5 GTIs. The Cobb maps are there if you like them

Where did I buy it: I bought it from someone else who hasn’t even used it

Why I don’t get the proper tune: because I’m still on the fence about losing my CPO warranty

Why I removed the Cobb tunes: I didn’t. I didn’t see them in AP Manager so I thought they were not on the AP. However I found out today that they are on it, had to actually plug it to my car. Edited the description

Dony want to hijack the thread, but are you sure the tune is transferable?? I bought a used cobb app 3 weeks ago with a stratified tune loaded on it already. The tune was unusable and VIN locked to the prior owner's vehicle. I'm not sure if this is the same case with EQT tunes

EQT’s OTS tunes (not protune) are locked to the AP, not the VIN. The caveat is you must have the same ECU box code for it to work, in this case it’s 5G0906259Q

I contacted stratified and they told me the tune was locked to the prior vehicle, according to the seller of the app it was an OTS tune, I was pretty bummed out

Hmm, maybe Strat is doing it differently. I just asked Ed, and he confirmed that his OTS tunes are not VIN locked.
