Clutch No Worky!

I hear you man. I have not been around the MK7 platform for as long as most of these guys have, but you're the first person that I see use this clutch. My previous car was a MK6R and guys with high HP builds beat the shit out of these clutches for miles on end without them skipping a beat. The experience has been the same for me in my MK7. Chatter is not bad at all, pedal feel is great, holds stage 2 Uni power well. I'd highly recommend it and i think you should get it. Try to return your current unit.

Got it all back apart. Spoke with a tech at SPEC who suggests I put the whole assembly in a press with something the size of the tob. Then press it 3/8 inch and check to see if disc will spin. He said I could have bent the disc when installing trans, or have a warped flywheel. As for measuring it, that won't work due to the spring loaded tob. It pushes out to keep the bearing in contact with the clutch at all times so you can't really find the rest and extended locations accurately. Here are picks of the clutch.
