I had the same issue... my passenger-side Moog end link loosened at the connection to the sway bar (torqued before the install). I tightened (could not get the torque wrench in) and the problem went away, then came back. I then used Loctite, re-tightened, and haven't had an issue. Odd. The driver's side was tight, but while I was there, I loosened, applied Loctite, and tightened. No problems since, many miles and an autocross or two since.
