Cigarette lighter wires

I need to get to the cigarette lighter's wires. I'm trying to do this without taking apart the center console or having to use a special socket from snap on. Does anyone have any simplified ideas on how to do this? I bought the Inbay wireless charger and I need a power source for it

I'll be honest and say easiest way to remove the center console. It's less than a dozen bolts and maybe 1-2 hours the first time doing it. Alternatively, if you can run from the cigarette lighter in the center consolecubby, you will have easier access to that one via the back of the center console.
