Ok. Has been some busy hours here!
After measuring the Audi aluminum subframe the hole where the VWR pucks are inserted I have this to report back.

Frame = 68mm thick
VWR sandwiched together =76mm between collar

I machined the arm 4.1mm on each side (top and bottom)

If someone can help me out on sharing pictures that would be great.

Ok guys.
I am back with the "finished" results.
Need to go back later for a small realignment
because the time ran out.

First I can happily report back that the
Audi aluminum subframe fits perfectly together
with the SuperPro supalloy LCA (007K)
The VWR torque arm and bushings had to be modified as stated above.
I have installed the Clubsport S swivels and TT bearings
H&R anti roll bar front and rear
SuperPro Bushings in the rear suspension

I get approx - 2 degrees of camber at the front. Need to move the subframe a bit.
Camber is -2°07min left and -1°40min right
Caster is 8°31min left and 8°53min right
Toe is 0°05min left and 0°00min right.

At the rear I have set camber to -2°02min left and right.
Toe is a bit widened to 0°03min left and 0°05min right. (Pointing out)

Heading to the track tomorrow. So excited to see/feel the difference.

Old values with stock suspension was:

Front:
Camber -1.00 left and -1.11 right
Caster was 7.24 left and 7.44 right
Toe was 0.08 left and 0.07 right. (Pointing inn)

Rear:
Camber was -1.33 left and -1.35 right.
Toe was 0.12 left and 0.04 right (Pointing inn)

So the track event was perfect.
The understeer is gone. Only there if pushed over the limit but it's easy to recoup back on track.
Now the car also go into a controlled oversteer if needed.
Super happy with the setup.

But, on the road it's not nice to drive. It is trailing all over the place. So needs to head back and fix the toe.

Any advice on settings?

I wish I would have found this thread 3 days ago. As I just installed Supepro arms, VWR dogbone and H&R FSB on my S3. I ended up dropping my subframe 3 times trying to correct the fitment issues :-( I ended up not putting the mounts in flush so I could fit the bar in. The factory bar wouldn't even fit back in. VWR definitely needs to note this! Thanks for the info about the milling, guess I'll go get that done next week.

Guys. Had to change the previous post of my suspension values. I had it all wrong interpreted. Values are in degrees and minutes {60 min in total)
But most of you probably did understand this. I hadn't so needed a lesson. Now, I know and then there is not that much of a difference in the front camber. Only 27 min.

Hope this clears things up.

Thanks for sharing. Half a degree more camber doesn’t sound quite right. I thought it (swivels)were meant to produce an extra degree over factory.

Do you have before and after times for your track session to compare the setups? Numbers speak the loudest (to some).

I had - 1 degrees camber before. As reported above.
Now I have - 2 so will say the parts works.
Clubsport S swivels are - 0,5 degrees extra
SuperPro LCA are - 0,5 degrees extra

My car has 1/4 degree difference up front.
27min out of 60min. (60min = 1 degree)

I thought CSS had 2deg factory already?

I thought for sure this would bring the camber over -2.0. The factory CSS specs are -2.00. L/R

Thanks for sharing this information.
Not sure why I didn't get more negative camber. There is no other way to adjust anything... Can there be a difference in the top spring bearing? Like a fixed camber plates?

Strut bearings should not have any effect. FWIW a friend of mine installed the Superpro LCA's and gained basically zero negative camber. I suspect that is what's going on here. His were the 6K, I was hoping for better results from the newer 7k version.
