CEL Codes after Downpipe and Spacer

Hey guys so I'm getting 3 CEL codes for my GTI after installing an APR downpipe with an O2 spacer.

P209700- Post Catalyst Fuel Trim system Bank 1 Too Rich
P302300- Exhaust Door Valve 2
P301900- Exhaust Door Valve 1

Any ideas what's wrong? I figured with the O2 spacer I'd be fine. I had an MKV GTI in 2012 with a 42DD downpipe with an O2 spacer and never had a CEL. Help me out!

I have a CTS DP, I am assuming you have the DD spacer? I have used the Vibrant J bend with the medium spacer and have had it for 600 miles with only one cell. Maybe try a different spacer.

Just pick up a cheap pocket scan to erase when needed. That is what I do.

Ok so after going to the auto hobby shop and getting my GTI on the lift it looks as though my cat was going in the proper direction. The spacer was towards the exhaust after the cat so I'm confused as to why I was having CEL's pop up. Granted I cleared the last one yesterday afternoon and after driving 40 miles including my stop today it hasn't returned but I'm sure it will. Lost cause until I tune?

I actually removed the spacer and I got a Cobb Accessport V3 with a MAPerformance Stage 2 map and I have zero issues.
