Carbon Cleaning Shop Recommendation? Morris Cnty Area

Hey guys, anyone have recommendations on shops in the Morris/Sussex County area in NJ? I got a misfire cylinder 3. I already replaced sparks and plugs. While my drive is smoother, it still misfires during a cold startup. Once the RPM's drop, the misfiring appears to stop... It sounds like a symptom from carbon buildup.

Any recommended shops? Thanks.

Thanks for that. It's a tad further than I had hoped. I don't quite live in Morris County anymore but was willing to go there for the job. I live in Sussex County, so Morris is my neighbor. That being the furthest I'd like to go. Clifton is a bit further down. Thanks for the recommendation, but I'll continue to hunt a bit more local.

I've driven from NYC to Clifton for them to work on my car. Sometimes you just have to travel for a trusted mechanic.

I feel you man. I used to do the same in the past. I'm somewhat over those days, lol. Granted I'm still nervous of giving the car to any shop.

You should be man.. There are some fuck up shops in our area that do well on social media, but are definitely fuck ups. If they are big on social media, they probably suck at actually working on your car well.

Yeah, so my misfiring is no longer happening as I've monitored it with OBD11 in real time. Either my changing of plugs/coils finally got it to recalibrate and run proper, or I've also been driving the car harder than usual to try and burn some of it off with acceleration. I'm not sure, but the misfiring went away. I'm scratching off having this done because again, I hate taking the car to a shop and the amount of stuff they need to remove to get to the manifold scares me. I highly doubt they'll put everything back together once they're done, lol.
