Canadian US cluster swap. Is it even possible?

I’m hoping someone out there has a solution to my dilemma. I need to swap the Canadian cluster to a US cluster in my 2021 GTI. The Canadian one only has km/h on the dial. Volkswagen has discontinued the cluster. I need (pn 5G1920856E) and I can’t find a new one anywhere. I thought of swapping the dials but the US dials have different speed scaling and the eeprom needs to be flashed with the US modified speed scale container file. I can’t find anyone that can do this. I understand you either need Vag Can Pro or ODIS Engineering to do this and this model year has tighter security settings.

My next thought is to find a used US cluster and have it all programmed, immobilizer, component protection, odometer, but who can do this ? I’m not finding anyone who can clone my odometer reading with all the other programming a used cluster would need.

can anyone give some advice on all this?

thanks

You might be able to swap in an AID1. If you can, I believe you can use VCDS or some other tool to change the units on the displayed face.
